Order Tracking

Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

✔️ The jewelry must be in its original condition, unworn and undamaged.
✔️ The security seal (wax stamp with our logo) must not be broken or removed.
✔️ The item must be returned in its original packaging.
✔️ Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

❗ If the seal has been removed or damaged, the return will not be accepted. This is to ensure the quality and hygiene of our pieces.
